Physiotherapist

Ram has over 10 years of experience treating musculoskeletal injuries and has developed a particular interest in sports and occupational injuries, with extensive experience in private orthopaedic settings.

His skills include functional dry needling to help restore muscle function, mobilization and soft tissue release techniques, and tailored exercise prescription to support a return to functional activities.

Ram is passionate about listening to his clients with a caring attitude and building an appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plan. Outside the clinic he enjoys time with family, travel, dance and music.

Registered Physiotherapist

Nimesh is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree and more than 10 years of experience across different facilities. He has also delivered fitness and health promotion programs and has worked with athletes, including baseball and hockey players.

His approach combines manual therapy with active rehab and exercise therapy. He is certified in dry needling and spinal manipulation and has completed a vestibular rehab course.

Nimesh’s interest in healthy living comes from his belief in movement and exercise. Outside the clinic you’ll find him at a lake or in the mountains, playing racquet sports and volleyball, biking or hiking.

Vandana Joshi

Vandana earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2005 and a Master of Physiotherapy in Orthopedics in 2008. She has 17 years of clinical experience, 12 of them in Canada, across acute hospital care, outpatient clinics for all age groups, and community supportive living with Alberta Health Services’ geriatric population.

Vandana is a trained pelvic therapist and holds certifications in concussion and vestibular rehab, pulmonary rehabilitation and dry needling (Level 1). She is also an AADL-authorized lower leg assessor with AHS, helping older adults access walkers and compression stockings.

Vandana and her family are active members of the Airdrie community, and she volunteers with kids’ bhangra (Punjabi dance) classes. She enjoys cooking, dancing, travelling and family time.

Jagbir holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Master of Physiotherapy in Orthopedics, and has taught Bachelor of Physiotherapy students. Over 17 years he has completed many certificate courses, including Mulligan manual therapy, Maitland techniques and advanced clinical gait analysis.

His expertise is in orthopedics and sports injuries, with a special interest in cervical and lumbar spinal injuries. He has broad experience with Alberta Health Services across restorative care, acute care, outpatients and home care, and currently works as an area manager for allied health services in the AHS Central Zone.

Jagbir’s treatment combines manual therapy with exercise programs to help patients reach their work and functional goals. He has taught therapy assistant students as a lecturer with CDI College, Calgary. Outside work he enjoys volunteering, travel, long drives with his family, and western and traditional folk dance.

Tejpreet is a 3,000-hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy graduate from MaKami College, a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the CRMTA, and a qualified Personal Trainer.

He provides personalized treatments using a variety of techniques, including therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, frozen shoulder, and pre- and postnatal massage. With his combined background in massage therapy and personal training, Tejpreet brings a strong understanding of movement, muscular function, recovery and overall physical wellness to each session.

Known for his attentive and approachable style, Tejpreet tailors every treatment to each client’s individual needs and goals. He is grateful for the trust his clients place in him, and especially values the many referrals he receives from clients recommending him to family and friends. Outside of work, Tejpreet enjoys staying active through gym workouts, biking, tennis and playing chess.
